What we collect
When you request a quote or register your interest in work, we collect the details you give us: your name, company, email address, telephone number, site location, the service or trade concerned, and anything you write in the message or qualifications fields. If you upload a CV, we store that too.
Why we collect it
To respond to your enquiry, prepare a quotation, or contact you about work opportunities. Our lawful basis is your consent, given when you tick the box on the form, and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries about our services.
How long we keep it
Enquiry details are kept for as long as needed to deal with the enquiry and any resulting works, then for a reasonable period for our records. Tradesperson registrations and CVs are kept for [PLACEHOLDER period] unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your details. Forms on this site are protected by Google reCAPTCHA, which processes limited technical information under Google's own privacy terms. Our email and hosting providers process data on our behalf.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or withdraw your consent, by emailing ajfacilitiesgroup@gmail.com. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
