AJ Facilities Group Ltd is a facilities management, maintenance and project delivery business supporting commercial buildings through their operational life.
Buildings need someone who knows what is installed in them, keeps it serviced and compliant, answers the phone when something fails, and delivers the remedial and project works that follow. We do that for property owners and FM teams directly, and for the managing agents, main contractors and consultants who act for them.

Keep the building working and compliant day to day — planned servicing, response when something fails, and the remedials that close out an inspection.
MANAGE
Mobilisation, Asset Verification, Contractors & Maintenance Programmes
Know what is in the building and who is doing what to it — verified assets, a maintenance programme built on them, and one point of contact coordinating the work.
DELIVER
Remedials, Projects, Refurbishment & Lifecycle Works
Carry out the works properly — remedial items, improvement projects, refurbishment and the planned replacement of assets at end of life.
